Reservations made through our website are confirmed immediately. A reservation guarantees a parking spot for the dates selected. Payment can be made online via credit card or in cash upon arrival at the parking facility.
Our base rate is $6 per night. Discounts are automatically applied for longer stays: 10% off weekly, 20% off biweekly, 40% off 3-week, and 50% off monthly bookings. Cash payments receive an additional 10% discount. A 15% service fee is applied to all bookings. All prices are calculated server-side and the displayed total at checkout is final.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge before the arrival date by calling us at 501-490-4000. Cancellations made after check-in are not eligible for a refund. Online payments that are cancelled before arrival will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Registered users earn 1 reward point per night booked. After accumulating 7 points, you may redeem them for 1 free night of parking on your next booking. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Nest Parking provides parking space only. We are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or personal property while parked at our facility. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
